Council and the Ombudsman (Bingham) informed Justice Withers today that they are entering into mediation in the dispute over the Ombudsmans proceedures employed during the investigation into the Charles Sturt Council.
A mediation will start in mid November, with the matter adjourned until 9:30 Tuesday 14th December. G. Karzis for Council.
