Pity the poeple living near the new reserve and wonder why the landscapers have been apparently so blithely unaware of the rotten impact of their design on the peop-le residing closest to it? These people's 'good neighbour' style fence which for a brief period gave them some security is now a joke as since the landscaping the fence is low enough for a young child to be able to peer over, let alone those who might have a more considered view in mind
Said fence although it has been in place only for short while did offer protection- before installation these people had a hessian fence and gaping hole for a period of many months whilst the LMC excavated their back yard in a bid to save themselves some money as a permitted in a generous and kind gesture by these residents - during this period these people were robbed because they did not have a decent fence- is this going to happen again now that their fence's role in providing saftey has been made redundant?
